On Sunday, Manchester City beat West Ham 3-1 — and, in so doing, clinched its fourth straight English Premier League title, edging out Arsenal for the top spot. Man City’s dominance is striking. They have now won 6 of the last 7 EPL titles. Since the start of the 2013-2014 season, they have also won the Champions League (best team in all of Europe), two FA Cups (best team in England) and six other assorted league cups.
No doubt that Pep is a great leader and they have some of the best players in the world, but given the amount of money they spent vs. other teams in the Premier League the results are not surprising. What is surprising is where they did not dominate - Champions League.
Can't quibble with any of your thoughts here. Right on. In your list of Man U legends, however, you missed one name. That guy everyone wanted to bend it like?
I would say yes it is the best team given just the depth of talent they have in their squad, in terms of right now, other than Arsenal and Liverpool, it's hard to see any other team put an end to the Pep dynasty. I think there is a possibility that he will beat Sir Alex Ferguson's record for the most Premier League titles or at least come near it.

Fair enough. The lack of any salary regulations is INSANE. And ensures a have and have nots setup.
when pep leaves, they'll still be good but not like this. they'll return to how they performed under mancicni/pellegrini.
I think Leicester City deserves an honorable mention simply because it’s so crazy they won.
It's certainly the best team that money can buy..............
